Objective:

1. Cover all employees and workmen in large number about BBS awareness.
2. Keep doing observation daily for spot-correction of at-risk Behaviours.
3. Make it a job procedure for everyone at site, and monitor it for BBS trends Analysis monthly.
4. Develop the employees as BBS observers.
5. Make BBS simple in local language for everyone to follow and practice daily.
