The first “ CSR Conclave 2022” of BDMA was held on 29th April 2022 at Hotel Regenta. We have received excellent response from corporate. The hall was full till the end of the conclave. The inaugural session was addressed by eminent personalities like M.Thennarasan – Chairman Gujarat CSR authority and VC & MD GIDC. Pritiben Adani , Chairperson, Adani Foundation, Sunil Parekh, Vice Chairman FICCI and Corporate Advisor, Tushar Sumera Collector, Bharuch and Amit Chavda President Bharuch Nagarpalika.

Major breakthrough of CSR Conclave was “Release of “Baseline and Need assessment Survey Report of 66 villages of Vagra taluka” . The report is prepared by a renowned NGO Vikas Centre for Development, Ahmedabad headed by Shri Rajeshbhai Shah. The in depth report covering all the aspects of current and future need will be helpful to local Administration, Corporate and NGOs to identify him real need of village of Vagra taluka. This mega project is supported by M/s Perstorp India Industries Ltd and Vilayat GIDC Industries Association.

The outcome from CSR Conclave is the concept of “Livable Bharuch”, a need of an hour and I is a dream of every citizen to make Bharuch as Livable city. Tushar Sumera, Collector , Yogesh Chaudhry District Development officer, Dushaynt Patel, MLA was the major discussion of the conclave where Discipline, dedication, commitment and affection towards city will bring real change in society however to ensure the compliance fear of penalties to those who violates and accountability to drop garbage at right place is equally important. With the CSR fund from corporate we are going to launch sanitation and road cleaning drive. Other topics discussed were Rebuilding society through corporate alliance, Business philosophy and CSR.

It is important to recognise efforts of CSR Forum Chairman Nirmalsinh Yadav, CSR Conclave Chairman Shri K Srivatsan, Forum Co- hair Alkesh Rana and entire team of forum with BDMA office tea headed by Jayesh Trivedi worked hard to make the the Conclave grand success.
